Pre-Kindergarten

The pre-kindergarten program is designed to stimulate learning in all development areas. Planned play, art, story, song, listening, speaking, social living, readiness, and worship activities are part of a program that will promote and encourage the young child's spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development.

Activity centers will be utilized for individual/small group learning. In those centers will be a variety of materials such as puzzles, blocks, books, games, computers, household utensils, and various other items to help acclimate the child to his/her world and to provide practice for newly learned concepts.

Dramatic play/creative dramatics, sensory centers, puppets, and good literature will all play an integral part in both the pre-kindergarten and kindergarten programs.
